Cronus ate his kids because a prophecy was that all his kids would kill him and become gods which became true so that is why he ate his kids. His wife is Rhea which was killed by Kratos ( Son of Zeus) (the new god of war after killing Ares), ( God of War, Son of Zeus also). The war went on for ten years when Zeus, Poseidon & Hades released the Cyclopes from captivity. He is the father of Zeus,Poseidon, and Hades,those are all his boys his girls are Hera,Demeter,Hestia.
